| Polly and her kitten were re-homed successfully. |
 |
| This cat was found very thin and with cat
flu. After appropriate care she was adopted out. We visited
her sometime later and she was delighted in her new home.
And she certainly isn't thin anymore. |
 |
| These 3 cats were amongst 8 other cats.
We had all 8 spayed and neutered and these 3 were re-homed
together on a farm. |
 |

found them a wonderful home in the country near Abbeyfeale,

German Shepherds and another cat. |
 |
| Mummy, Pepper and Honey were finally re-homed to a lovely
family mid May 06.
They have 3 other cats, a dog, goat and hens. They really
have found their animal heaven Thank you so much to the new
owners. Oh apparently they have had their flea collars put
on already and are living in the kitchen to start with and
will be gradually introduced to the other animals. |
 |
| Cozer a 2 1/2 year old Boxer has gone to a new home very
quickly. His original owner loved him so much but she was
suffering from breast cancer and could not give him what he
needed and also the area she lives in there were some people
hitting him as they thought he was vicious. Boxers are a lovely
animal but do need their exercise and are prone to leukaemia
or cancer. They get stressed very easily to. Please be sure
that when you get an animal that you understand what they
need. Thank you to the family who now have Cozer. He goes
out for a walk in the morning and two at night and is spoilt
rotten. |
 |
Pixie and Velvet were amongst 11 cats. They went to their
new home in Feb 2006 in the country area of Killarney to a family
of three. We went to see them and they seem very happy and they
are very playful, something they never had where they originally
came from. It is so nice to see cats in a home where they can
be indoors and get the attention they truly deserve.
Thank you to the family who adopted them. |

|
| Orange and Spice were re-homed on March 20th 2006 after being
in a foster home for a month. They have gone to Killorglin area
with a family where they are sure to get plenty of attention
and tame up. After being left to fend for themselves we are
so pleased they have finally got a nice safe home. |
 |
| Punch and Judy, found in a theatre with their mother when
they were two days old were re-homed on 21st March 2006. Their

keep them amused.
|

to Katey who adopted them. |
 |

black German Shepherd, a 1 year old Lab and two ponies. All amongst
6 acres of land. We took them down to their new home where we
are sure they will be very happy. We will visit them in 3 weeks
time to see how they are doing. |
|
| Tailor who was to be put to sleep was re-homed mid feb06 to
a lovely family in the Killorglin area. He is getting plenty
of fuss and is now joined with Twiggy. When they saw each other
again they rubbed noses and are very happy to have found each
other. Thanks to the family for taking these special cats. |
 |
| Twiggy was amongst 11 other cats and she was
found to have cat flu, very thin and not eating and bad lungs.
She was force fed and put on a nebuliser. after just 10 ten
she is a different kitten as you can see. She is being re-homed
with another cat that was going to be put to sleep. |

|
| Amba and Willow, 2 spayed females were re-homed on sat 11
Feb 06 to a lovely couple in the country. Amba has already been
exploring and decided to go under the floorboards in the early
hours. she was very happy but the new owners had to saw a pipe
to get her out as they were worried, but of course she was fine.
These pair are being spoilt rotten. Thank you to the new owners
for giving this pair a great safe loving home. |
 |
| Felix and Suzie, who we neutered
and spayed were amongst ten cats ready to be put to sleep. We
have great news in that we took them to their new home on 26th
jan 06 where the new owner and her little girl in Firies, Co
Kerry bought them a new bed and they are being kept inside for
a week or two to settle in. Both semi wild but in time will
be fine and happy. Thank you to the new owners for given these
cats one of their 9 lives back. |
|
Timmy and Tommy are another 2 of
12 cats we saved from being put to sleep.
We had them neutered and checked over by a vet and they were
re-homed 26th Jan 06 to a lovely elderly couple in Tralee in
the country. They have their own warm shed and constant attention
from their new owners. They are semi wild but are currently
being tamed up. Thanks to their new owners!
|
|
| All 8 of these puppies were finally found homes. Collie dogs
are not only working dogs, they make great family pets, and
we have our own collie pets and so know how intelligent they
are and reasonably easy to train. Yes, sometimes collies like
all dogs can take time to train, but the rewards of our labours
are amazing. Dogs are very loyal creatures so long as they are
happy and given the correct attention and love. Please think
about having a collie dog as they also are not inclined to need
veterinary treatment like a pedigree does. |
 |
| Tasha, was one of the last dogs of 2005 to be successfully
re-homed. She is in the country with an experienced person of
this breed of dog. A bit highly strung but she is being trained
to her best abilities. |
|
| Suzie who was bought at Puk Fair and handed over to the Tigger
Trust in a very bad way is now in her new home and doing very
well. She is a real character and spoilt rotten. Please be sure
when you get a puppy that you realise the huge responsibility
that comes with it. |
|
| These two adorable kittens who were going to be put to sleep
where fostered for a week until they got a brilliant new home
in the country area in Killarney. We have gone to visit them
a few times and they are getting so big and they seem to like
licking peoples noses. They are adorable and very much taken
good care of. Thanks to the new owners and we would also like
to give a fond hello/goodbye to Gypsy who they adopted from
us some years ago who has sadly passed away. |

|
| Jim was found mid November 2005 on the road in Kenmare. Such
a beautiful kitten near grave danger was rescued by a young
man who contacted one of our volunteers for help. Within days
we had him in his new home just outside of Tralee. He has the
company of another rescue cat and a big Retriever called Zep.
I think the dog is more scared of the kitten actually!. Thanks
a million to our rescuers and for the new family, I am sure
you will get plenty of hours of fun with this extraordinary
looking kitten. |
|
| Travis the 18month old retriever cross boxer finally found
a new home in the country beginning of October 2005. He is with
a family and will be indoors as well as outdoors, so the best
of both worlds .Thanks very much to the people who have adopted
him and for your donation to help other animals. |
|
| These 3 cats were all successfully re-homed. The two girls
to a lovely man in the country and Twink pictured above has
also gone to the country amongst other very much loved and fussed
over cats. |
 |
| These kittens were re-homed successfully without our help.
Glad to see there are others re-homing to. Thank you. |

|
| This little kitten found wondering around a hotel in Tralee
has been successfully re-homed with a little tabby kitten in
Lauragh, Kenmare area. They have lots of land to play around
in and out of harms way. Great! |
 |
| Buster is now in beautiful Kenmare with 6
acres and another dog for company. Just where he belongs and
truly deserves to be. |
 |
| Basil was re-homed the beginning of September. After roaming
the roads where he was found he is now safe and sound. |
 |
| These two gorgeous kittens have been re-homed in the country
along with 3 others. One of the children has learning disabilities
and we strongly feel it is a great thing to unite both animal
and child together to bring each other much happiness. All the
cats from which these kittens came from have now been spayed
and neutered. |
 |
| These two kittens were living behind a pet shop. They were
very sick when they were found but now have a lovely new home
in the country in Killarney with one other cat and a small dog. |
 |
| This young cat that was found with cat flu is doing great
in her new home we visited. She was spayed before she was re-homed
and was found to have Pyrametra. This is a problem that is only
detected if the animal is opened up. It can cause vats to lose
kittens but also if never treated can cause incredible pain
and death. She was very lucky and now lives in Killarney with
a couple. Thank you to the new owners. |
 |
| Elsie was in the vets for a considerably amount of time as
his owner was very ill. We are pleased to say after many weeks
he has now gone back home. |
 |
| This little kitten was found dumped outside a B and B, barely
old enough to leave his mother. We had a call and collected
him. The same day he was given a lovely home in Kenmare. We
visited him the other day and he is growing and doing well with
his new family, including two dogs who adore him. |
 |
| This young male was taken to one of our vets after being attacked
by a Tom cat. He had no long lasting wounds and has since been
neutered and re-homed together with his brother. |
 |
| All six of these adorable kittens have got homes.
They went in pairs, 2 in Glenbeigh and 2 in the Killarney area
and two went to England. All kittens doing great. Big thank
you to the new owners. |

|
| Polly was neutered and re-homed several weeks
later. She is very happily living with 2 other cats and a
family. |
 |
| These two kittens where re-homed successfully
to separate homes. Initially outdoor kittens but have both
gone to a family environment where they are sure to get plenty
of fuss. |
 |
| This old female terrier was going to be put to sleep as its
previous owners could not manage her anymore. Luckily after
a few phone calls she has now found a new home. Thanks to the
lady that found the new home! |
 |
These 2 cats were both rather wild when they were caught.
After they were neutered they were then taken to their new home
and put in cages for a week to get used to their new environment
and the current animals living there, dogs and other cats. They
were given fresh fish daily by their new owners and given plenty
of fuss. Soon to be released as they are coming round a treat.
They are in the country and as you can see surrounded by the
ocean.
What a great start to the rest of their lives! |

|
You would have seen Muffy on the could you walk away link.
Well he is in his new home and very very happy. Here is the
latest pic of him along side a current resident. He is a real
mischief and chases all the other cats.
Can you believe these two photos are the same kitten!! |

|
| Tigger was successfully re-homed on July 7th. Here he is in
a cage we have put him in for a for days to get used to his
new home and of course the big dog. It is a good way to introduce
dogs and cats gradually and this method is very successful as
they can get used to one another. After a few days they can
then come out into their new home and investigate and then explore
the outdoors. It takes a little time but we find it beneficial
as there is less chance of the new animal running away or getting
lost. Tigger, now know as Tom, is doing very well in his new
home. We went to visit him at the end of October and could clearly
see that both cat and dog are getting on great, in fact Tom
is the boss of the two. The family that table have Tom are spoiling
him rotten and he gets plenty of fuss and after being initially
quite timid he is a complete lap cat now, just time and love
can bring a timid cat round. |

 |
| These 3 cats including a fourth have been given a wonderful
home in the country. Two have been spayed and we are still trying
to catch the pregnant one. when she is caught we will allow
her to have her kittens as she is close to giving birth. The
kittens will be tamed up easily to become friendly kittens.
The black and white one pictured unfortunately was killed on
the road a few days ago. What a shame as we had a home for her.
If she was not just left as a kitten she would not of been frightened
of people so much and also if she had been given a loving home
as a kitten she may have still been alive. Well we cannot save
them all but this is a message that feral cats can have a chance
of a home. Thanks to the new owner for taking the 3 on. |
 |
| This kitten who had her front leg amputated has
found a new home.
The Ark Clinic in Killarney found the home. Great work guys! |
 |
| These two dogs were re-homed together. The person that was
taking care of them really did his bit and Tigger Trust did
not have to get them homed as the man found them the perfect
place. Well done! |
Pepper and Honey. |
| Connor in his new home. He is very happily settled now. Very
entertaining and much loved. will be vaccinated in a few weeks
and neutered when he is old enough. Amazing to think this time
two weeks ago he was wondering around up the Connor Pass, now
he is in complete comfort. |

|
| This beautiful female kitten was found and looked after by
a couple in the Kilcummin area until it was found a lovely new
home amongst 2 other cats. A real character. Another happy ending
for a stray. |

|
| Beauty has now found a new home in the country. She is now
living amongst two pet lambs, two dogs, a parrot, budgies and
surrounded by fields and table mountains. She settled in pretty
much straight away. She unfortunately became a little overweight
in her previous home but with some gentle dieting with Royal
Canine food she will be trim in no time. Many thanks to the
new owner and of course the people that took such good care
of her while she was awaiting her new life. |
 |
| Ginger was a stray who apart from being very scared when he
was found, seemed to be in good health. He now lives with Tortie
(pic to follow as she went on walk about when we took this pic).
They are very attached to one another and live in a wonderful
home with two owners who adore them. |
 |
| This cat was found straying a car park and the lady that now
has her decided enough was enough and brought her home. We got
her spayed and she is doing very well, Loves her home comforts
and says hi to everyone. This was one of the lucky ones who
no longer has to search for food and live in her old environment
of cars and other dangers. |
 |
| This cats mother was killed on the road when he was very young
and very wild. After 2 months of intense care and handling he
has now become a very affectionate cat. Wild cats especially
the younger ones can sometimes be tamed up if you give them
enough attention for the first few months. A little more time
and patience is maybe needed but it is worth it in the end. |
 |
| Update on the 3 week old kitten that lost her mother. She
was kindly taken table home by one of the local vets whose mother
fell in love with her. She is doing very well and is sure to
have a great life. Cats that are so young obviously need their
mother for the first 8 weeks of their lives but if they table
lose them we can syringe feed with a special milk alternative,
which of course is not as good as its own mothers. It is a round
the clock job syringe feeding animal but the rewards are so
magical. |
|
| We were very scared when we arrived at the vets but soon settled
after we were given some food and shelter and some TLC. It was
not long after we got a new home. |
 |
| Hello, I am Max and my mother was no longer wanted and so
dumped. My mother went to a lovely home after she had me and
my sisters and brothers. table I am now a proud father of 3
(pictured in pic below).
|
 |
| We were found completely matted, with fleas, ticks and under
nourished. table After a few weeks in the vets and being washed
and all our matting was cut out we got a lovely new home. |
 |
| Stevie was found covered in fleas and ticks and very dirty.
Once he was cleaned up and neutered he went to his new home
in the country just outside of Killarney with another rescue.
He goes on daily walks with his new owners up the mountains.
He also loves the dog that lives with them. Soon to follow
will be Stevie as he is today.

Stevie as he is today.
|
 |
| Mo and Mille came to the vets along with two other kittens.
They were rather wild initially but as you can see this pair
are very happily settled in their new home in the country outside
Waterville. |
 |
| Amy & Suzie where wild like their mother but after weeks
in the vet were re-homed with a family who took great care of
them. Unfortunately Suzy passed away when she was 18months old
but Amy has another cat as company and a small dog.It is heartbreaking
when we lose an animal but like many others, Suzy would not
of had even a year of life if she was left where she originally
was. |
 |
| I was a wondering the streets when I stumbled across a house
I knew would love me. I was all matted & covered in fleas
when I arrived. But months on I am now king of the castle and
love to be brushed at night time by my new owner. |
 |
| Tommy was found wondering a shopping centre and searching
for scraps. He was full of cat flu and was very dehydrated.
After 4 weeks of care and medication he was re-homed. He
is a real character and every meal he gets he still thinks
its his last, he is partial to crisps and tea. |
 |
Pip the mother of these 3 pups lives with Max whose mother
was pregnant when she was dumped (One of the pups, Toby, is
pictured in a previous picture).
All have new homes and doing very well. |
 |
| Toby was born at the beginning of April 2005. The father of
this pup came from a Yorkie dog who was pregnant when she was
dumped. Now a year on Max has fathered 3 healthy pups. |
 |
| My name is Cookie. I was found on the road and was about to
be knocked down. Luckily someone stopped and took me home until
I found a lovely home with two children. I love my life as i
go for many walks and can snuggle up at night time in the warm.
|
 |
| SPOT & GINGER
Spot the black and white cat was found as a kitten in the
side of the road, she now lives with Ginger in the country
and are very much a team together, everywhere ginger goes
spot is sure to be.

Spot and ginger today.

When they arrived at their new home
|
PUMPKIN
Pumpkin has been taken to a lovely home in the country, he suffers
from flea allergy dermatitis but can be kept under control.
he originally was with a colony of cats and so did not help
his condition but now is not only able to have more fuss as
he is on his own but seems to be more relaxed and happier in
his new environment. |
 |
| MOLLY
Molly the blind kitten was successfully re-homed at the beginning
of May.
She lives with two dogs and two other rescued cats, she amazingly
found her way around after just a week and is getting on great.
She is always playing with her toys and has no problems finding
her toilet. She is in a safe environment in the country by
the seaside. This is just one example of an animal that although
blind, can live a very happy life. |

|
| My name is Pip and unfortunately
my owner had to go to hospital but Tigger Trust found a lovely
lady for me who takes very good care of me. I love my new
bed and love the car rides I go on. Thanks to my new owner
I have a wonderful new life. |
