SCHOOL TALKS - If anyone would like us to do a school talk, please
contact us and we will be more than delighted! Call 087 267 3023 |
Henk Offereins has
a large building and enough room to have an educational centre on
the second floor of his premises. We are currently organising school
talks and also we would like the pupils to visit Henk's premises
to give them more insight. For an education centre to be up and
running we also need 40,000 Euro. Please can anyone give a few
Euro to help start us raise this money for such a worthwhile cause! |

Lea Parker-Bond started her re-homing
of animals in Co. Kerry, Ireland, in 1999 and formally set up the
Tigger Trust in January 2002.
For the last 6 years we have been finding homes
for animals. Each new owner is made aware of
the importance of neutering/spaying and vaccinating
their new pet and Tigger Trust offers a reduced rate
on all animals for this simple operation.
Once a suitable home is found, the new owner completes
an adoption form and then we do a follow up call to
see if both the owner and animal are happy. A pet is
for life and please remember when you do decide to adopt
an animal that you will have it for many years to come.
A yearly vaccination and health check can help hugely
to the well being of your animal and your local vet
will be more than pleased to give you any advice.
Kenmare Veterinary Supplies run by Henk Offereins
joined the Tigger Trust in July 2005. Originally from
Holland Henk does tremendous work for all animals
and is very focused on the animal welfare in Kerry.
We would like to welcome this new vet aboard the Tigger
Trust and also would like to say he has treated some
sick animals of ours already and got them to full
health. Also we have neutered and spayed animals already
through his practice. Thanks a million for joining
the Trust and hope to send many an animal to your
doors in the future. You can see more of Henk's work
if you log on to his web site www.kenmarevc.ie.
Vet Paudie O'Shea (Killorglin) started with the trust in 2008 and we would like to thank him for being involved.
Many thanks to all the staff there in your help with
Tigger Trust.
